All programs are offered throughout the year at Sun Studio in Florence, Ma.

Arden is available to teach these programs or customize to suit your group’s need at your studio, organization, school or retreat, regionally nationally or internationally.

Free the body and mind of tension at your desk or anywhere!  Learn how you can effectively balance your energy, and flip the switch on your emotions to come into a more positive and vital way with your livelihood. You will learn how to effectively take brief renewal breaks throughout the day and understand the importance of them. You will learn gentle stretches, breathing and mindfulness practices.


In this workshop you will learn how to clear your nasal passages, understand and practice better breathing, experience it’s connection to our life force (prana) and improve the function of the muscles connected to breathing. A world of possibility for healing and growth opens up when we learn how to cultivate our life-breath.

  • Overcome breath holding and mild hyperventilation

Come learn a gentle approach to get relief!  We will create alignment, stability, understanding and openness in the upper body.  This means practicing poses, understanding anatomy, breathing, discussing the affect of lifestyle and emotions and self-massage. Come if you are stiff, achy, or in pain. You may have history of disc herniation, arthritis, or recovering from other injuries.


Come learn a gentle approach for all levels. We will create alignment/stability at the physical level, learn about hip/sacrum/low back anatomy, and how our mind/lifestyle create obstacles to recovery and more.  You may have history of disc herniation, arthritis, or recovering from other injuries.


Bring your hiker, creeky, arthritic, bum knees and get some relief!  Learn a gentle approach for all levels. We will create alignment/stability at the physical level, learn about knee anatomy, how our mind/lifestyle create obstacles to recovery and more.


Your way of thinking has a profound affect on your life. Learning to use intention and affirmation can springboard you out of negativity, stagnation and give you back mental authority, creativity and skill to manifest the life you want.  We will use Yoga, free writing, and embodiment practices to refine our intention and empower our positivity.


Co-Taught with Joanne Lucia
We will start the morning with gentle Yoga practices and meditation that opens your body, mind and vision to see more fully where you are and what you want to manifest in your next step in life. The afternoon is devoted to creating a vision board that will provide you with the opportunity to empower and express your insights. The vision board is a powerful visualization tool to help activate your dreams into reality.


Co-facilitated with Margaret Jasinski, M.Ed
This is a personal growth program bridging the physical, subtle energetic and mental planes of experience to create deeper connection and meaning in your life. You will study the dynamics of chakras, their obstacles and practices to clarify, empower and awaken through them. Two skilled and dedicated instructors will facilitate this experiential journey of chakra energy, the mainstay of all life.
